Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit to hold your spot is refundable for ten days. Any cancellation after 10 days will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit unless we can replace someone in your spot.  Any cancellation made between January 15th and May 1st, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.  Any cancellation made between May 2, 2022 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.  We reserve the right to cancel the trip by February 1, 2022 if minimum participants have not been met. If we do so your deposit is refunded in full.  Trip cancellation insurance is required for this Dance Teacher Retreat.

Cancellations due to Covid-19

Chirriposa will implement all necessary measures, to provide a more controlled and safe environment for our guests throughout the trip. All of our accommodations and suppliers follow government recommendations and guidelines to the best of their ability, in order to give you reassurance and to consider your and their own safety, whilst at the same time respecting the local community.

We understand that travel restrictions and recommendations are changing continuously and we encourage you to stay up to date with each countries rules and requirements. ITALY is currently welcoming tourists from most countries and the U.S.  Current entrance and exit requirements  is maintained on the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website will be sent to each participant starting in April 2022.

Your independent travel insurance should cover you in case of cancellations or medical emergencies due to Covid-19. Any claims should be taken up directly with your insurance company. Chirriposa will not be responsible for refunds, if the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. However, we will offer alternative dates, that will be coordinated with the group leader, in case the retreat is cancelled due to travel restrictions and government orders.
