A great full body danced based workout for people who love to dance or want to achieve a dancer’s body.
This workout requires a ballet barre (a sturdy piece of furniture can be used for most exercises), yoga brick/block, padded mat, 5 foot length of resistance band and light hand weights or weighted balls.
