The goal of this 60-minute DVD is to discover and earmark any weak muscles from the abdominals down to your feet. You’ll learn practical ways to strengthen the inner thighs, your turnout muscles, hamstrings, calf muscles, feet and abs! This can be used as a do-along DVD for your students, or as a guide for teachers to assess functional muscular strength of the lower extremity. (60 minutes)

I am a physical therapist and am working with many high school dancers, both competition dancers and ballet students. Ihave used all of your videos to educate their dance teachers and am using your last video on strengthening the lower extremity to increase their strength in the off season. Your books and videos have all been of the highest quality. I own four PT clinics and all of my therapists enjoy your videos, even the PTs who have never worked with dancers gained a better understanding of what is happening in the standing leg and are using these tips when working with non-dancers of all ages to improve gait and balance.
