Becoming an articulate and amazing dancer requires making small improvements over time, it doesn’t happen overnight! Dancers are always honing their technique skills but often sabotage their efforts through negative thinking and emotions. Learning how to become calm, confident and mentally focused are essential skill that will improve your technique and performing. This workshop is designed to fill in the gaps of dance training, giving dancers ages 12 and up an opportunity to learn leading edge optimal performance techniques to improve their strength.
This 6-week online program
- Is NOT therapy – but it IS for students who want to gain insights into their own patterns of what is working and what isn’t
- Is NOT for students who want to play the blame game, but IS for students who want to take responsibility for their efforts and learn strategies to increase their effectiveness
- This program does NOT guarantee a specific success result, but this IS for dancers who understand that progress takes time. You will be taught how to evaluate the feedback you get and how to tweak your process.
- This program is NOT complicated, there are no tests, you cannot fail! You will explore many paths and find out what works best for you and your personality

Dancers studying any style of dance, age 12 and older
How does it work?
There is a weekly lesson to watch online with a suggested exercise that can be sent to Deborah to respond to. Based on the feedback from participants there will be an additional audio response to the questions and concerns raised from the prior week’s lesson.
How much does it cost?
$49 – one time payment.
